Burntide Disclaimers, In One Place
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Burntide is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No clinical trial of the finished gummy exists. Reviews are supplied by buyers and are not typical results. The label prints one 525 mg blend total and no per-ingredient split.
Five disclaimers that appear across this website, gathered here in full rather than in small print.
The FDA disclaimer for Burntide
Not a drug, not approved, and what that actually means.
FDA disclaimer. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Burntide is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not FDA-approved.
No dietary supplement is FDA-approved. The agency does not review supplements for safety or effectiveness before they go on sale, and its own consumer material explains the difference between that and drug approval (the FDA's questions and answers, the FDA). An FDA-registered facility emblem on a label is a statement about the factory, and the testing page takes each emblem in turn.
The claims this product may make are structure-function claims, which describe a role in normal body function. They are printed on the label, quoted on the benefits page, and the FTC's health products compliance guidance sets out the evidence a seller is expected to hold behind them (the FTC's health products guidance).
The Burntide medical note, in full
Who it is for, and the four conversations worth having.
Medical disclaimer. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Burntide is for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not for anyone under 18, and not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take prescription medication or have a diagnosed condition, and do not take more than the label states unless a clinician tells you to.
Four conversations are worth having before starting this or anything like it: glucose medication, blood pressure medication and diuretics, reflux or a sensitive stomach, and dental sensitivity. The who-it-suits page takes each one with the reason attached.
Plain guidance on using supplements alongside medication is published by NCCIH, MedlinePlus and the National Institute on Aging. A pharmacist holding your full medication list is worth more than any of them, and more than this page.
The Burntide results disclaimer
What a testimonial is, and what the published set actually says.
Results disclaimer. Individual results vary, and food, sleep and activity still matter. Reviews on this website are supplied by buyers, describe those individuals’ own experiences, and are not typical results or a promise that any particular person will experience the same thing.
The distributor publishes an aggregate of 4.8 out of 5 from 903 written reviews across 9,426 orders, and names eight buyers with three distinct sentences of review text between them. The reviews page publishes the roster in full and the three themes with counts, and emits no individual review records, because three sentences across eight people is summary copy rather than eight testimonials.
Five of those eight wrote that they wanted a faster change and stopped at two jars. That is the majority of the published set and it is printed at the same size as the average.
What the Burntide research does and does not cover
What was studied, at what dose, and by whom.
References disclaimer. No clinical trial of the finished Burntide gummy exists. Every study cited on this website tested an ingredient, usually in a different form and almost always at a much larger dose than a 525 mg blend can contain. None of the researchers, journals, institutions or agencies cited here endorses this product.
| What the research used | What is in a gummy | The gap |
|---|---|---|
| 15 to 30 ml of liquid vinegar daily, about 750 to 1,500 mg of acetic acid | A share of a 525 mg blend | Smaller than one tablespoon of vinegar |
| 10 to 25 g of ketone salts or esters in one serving | A share of a 525 mg blend | Twenty to fifty times smaller |
| Daily Value 1,300 mg calcium | 1 mg | 0.08 percent of a day |
| Daily Value 420 mg magnesium | 0.75 mg | 0.18 percent of a day |
Two publisher marks travel with the official asset pack for this product: the PubMed wordmark and the New England Journal of Medicine wordmark. PubMed is an index of literature and endorses nothing. The journal mark accompanies a single citation, a review of the human gut microbiome (Lynch and Pedersen 2016), which is a real paper about something else. The testing page covers both.
The Burntide blend and price disclaimers
Two limits on the information, marked rather than filled in.
Blend transparency disclaimer. The Burntide Supplement Facts panel prints a single proprietary blend of 525 mg covering apple cider vinegar and BHB calcium, magnesium and sodium. No per-ingredient amount is published anywhere: not on the label, not in the listing artwork and not in the paperwork supplied to this desk. 525 mg is a ceiling for all four together, not a dose for any one of them.
Price disclaimer. The pack prices on this website are the ones the official sales page prints. They can change without notice and the total inside the checkout governs your order. Every struck-through figure is the seller’s own list price shown for comparison, not a price this product recently sold at. Bonus values are set by the seller. US shipping on the one- and three-jar packs is not published before checkout, and no international rate is published at all.
Both of those are limits on the information available, and this website marks them wherever they arise rather than filling them with estimates. A 2023 perspective in the Journal of Nutrition argues that per-ingredient disclosure is exactly what a buyer needs to compare products at all (Saldanha 2023), and independent assays of gummy supplements have found products outside their declared quantities often enough to matter (Cohen 2023).
