Pack the jars with your details
Full name, email and order ID on a slip inside. A parcel with none of those cannot be matched to a claim until somebody works out whose it is.
Post it tracked, at your cost

Wait for both clocks

The one thing that cannot be fixed. A claim opened after day sixty. Opening one on day fifty-five and posting the parcel later is normal. Noticing on day sixty-five is not recoverable, so put the purchase date plus sixty days somewhere you will see it.
